How often do you restock the shop?

We aim to restock the shop every other Thursday at 9PM EST, but dates vary depending on #momlife. Once we launch we typically sell out in 1-2 hours, often sooner depending on the season. If you have your eye on something specific, we recommend setting an alarm and being in the shop the moment we open. Follow us on Instagram to stay up to date on the latest launch details!


Do you offer coupons or discounts? 

We always offer free shipping on domestic orders over $25—no code needed! From time to time we offer other discounts and markdowns. Follow us on Instagram to stay up to date on the latest sales and promotions.


Do you have a return or cancellation policy?

We currently do not accept returns or cancellations. However, if there is a mistake made on our end we will gladly refund your money or send you a new bow. Please contact us with any issues and we'll work to resolve it as soon as possible!


When will my order ship?

We take pride in the fact that all of our bows are ready to ship! Because of the volume of orders being processed and packaged you can expect your order to leave our Chester, VA shop within 7 to 10 business days via USPS First Class mail.

Our embroidered items are made to order and many times require purchasing of blanks from a supplier in order to fulfill. Given this factor, you can expect your embroidered items offered by Sweet Petunia Design to leave our Chester, VA shop within 3 weeks of ordering unless otherwise specified in the listing!


Will I receive tracking information once my order has shipped?

Yes! You will receive an email with confirmation of shipment and tracking information once your order has shipped. 


Do you combine shipping for multiple orders?

Because of the volume of orders that we receive, combining multiple orders that are heading to the same address is not feasible, sorry!


Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we love our neighbors to the north!

Can I make changes to my order after it is placed?

Because of the volume of orders that we receive, making changes after checkout is typically not feasible. However, please email with any immediate issues and we'll do our best!


How should I clean my bow? 

We recommend spot cleaning all of our bows! Simply use a toothbrush and gently scrub the stained area with warm water and a drop of dish soap. Then use warm water to get all the soap out, reshape your bow and lay flat to dry. Ta-daa! Good as new.
